Celebrate a New World...
Our Brazil Discovery Collection
comprises a selection of ecological and cultural journeys in
South America's largest country. Comparable in size to the continental
United States or Europe, Brazil is a land of diverse landscapes
and climates. From tropical beaches to cool mountains, from virgin
forest to arid backlands, from peaceful countryside to bustling
metropolis, the country is full of great contrasts.
Brazil's diversity is echoed by her
inhabitants -- descendants of the world's greatest melting pot.
Amerindian, European, African and Oriental peoples have together
created an amazing wealth of cultural traditions, folklore and
cuisine. Brazil is a country that
treasures the enjoyment of life, whether through its beautiful
landscapes, the exuberance of Carnival or the famous warmth of
its people.
In each of the Regions of Brazil,
there are marvels to be discovered -- great cities, a turbulent
but rich past, vibrant cultural displays and immense natural
beauty. We invite you to explore them on one of our classic Brazilian
journeys. If you wish, chase jaguars in Brazil's Pantanal or add a visit to Buenos Aires and
other parts of Argentina.
Since our tours are private, you may
depart on any day you wish, and any tour can be modified to meet
your needs. All prices are per person based on two people sharing
a deluxe room in the country's most luxurious hotels, such as
a Deluxe Beach View Room in Orient-Express' Copacabana
Palace. Located right on Copacabana
Beach, the hotel has welcomed the rich and famous to Rio de Janeiro
since 1923. Intra-tour air fares are additional.
